Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on denimwise.co.uk. Please read them carefully before placing your order. By using our website, you agree to these terms of sale. We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes apply to all subsequent orders received after the update.

Order Confirmation and Acceptance

Once you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email. A second email will follow to confirm your order details. Please note - neither email is your formal order acceptance. Your order is only accepted once your payment has been successfully made.

Import Duty and Taxes

Customers outside the EU are fully responsible for all import duties and customs taxes. These charges are not included in your shipping cost. Customs charges vary widely by country. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering. These charges are non-refundable if a shipment is refused.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

All orders paid by 2pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are sent the next working day. Friday orders placed after 2pm are dispatched on Monday. Your shipping fee covers handling, packing, and postage costs. We package all items carefully for safe arrival. We deliver to any location worldwide. Delivery charges are confirmed at checkout. UK customers typically receive orders the next working day. Other destinations may vary.

Damages, Returns and Cancellations

Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receiving your goods. Email us at info@denimwise.co.uk with your order number, name, address, and a description of the issue. For damaged items, please include a photo of the fault. All returned goods must be in their original condition and sent back within 7 days. Once received, we will offer a refund, exchange, or credit towards your next order. Items damaged through mishandling or alteration will not be accepted.

Pricing, Availability and Payment

All items are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you promptly. A full refund will be issued where payment has already been made. We work hard to ensure all prices and product descriptions are accurate. If an error is found, we will contact you to confirm or cancel your order. All price reductions are made against our own previous prices. We take all reasonable steps to keep your payment details secure.

Manufacturing Defects and Liability
